PTBS aims to produce Roger Federers and Serena Williams

Sarawak Bumiputera Tennis Association (PTBS) hoped to produce Roger Federers and Serena Williams in the future.

Its exco, Nur Ashriel Abdullah, as reported by a local BM daily, said there were many sport enthusias among the Bumiputera who wanted to carve a niche in the sport.

"The association is interested to help them to realise their dreams," he said.

He added among the initiatives taken by the association to provide the necessary supports to the sport enthusiats is to offer a cheap fee to them.

He also disclosed that some schools in the city were sending their students to the association's training center.
